Raviolini Tablet

Fifteen little raviolini in a single press. This carved beechwood tablet is the one to reach for when you're feeding a crowd, or just want a faster path to a full pot of homemade pasta. Made in Trentino from solid beechwood, each of its fifteen cavities is framed with the same fine decorative engraving as its six-cavity sibling, just sized down for smaller, delicate raviolini. The method is the same time-honored one: roll a thin sheet of fresh sfoglia over the mold, dot each well with filling, cover with a second sheet, and press firmly with a rolling pin to seal and imprint the pattern. Trim with a pasta wheel and you're left with fifteen uniformly beautiful little pillows of pasta, ready to boil. Practical enough for weeknight dinners, pretty enough for company — proof that efficiency and craftsmanship aren't mutually exclusive.
