Hyssop

Hyssop is not only a celebration of the arrival of fall, it is also a celebration of the meticulous quality behind two incredible coffee origins. Grounded and sweet, this coffee features rich brown spice notes that are balanced out by caramelized pear and cherry flavors, giving the cups a warmth that mirrors the season. Hyssop is composed of two stand-out coffees: Guatemala Huehuetenango and Costa Rica Cerro San Luis. One lot brings the foundation: nutty and sweet, with a subtle hint of dried fruit.
