10k Hand-Torched Necklace

A luminous glass pendant suspended from a solid 10k gold chain, each necklace is a wearable work of art. Handcrafted one at a time, no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Born from open flame and a steady hand, these beads carry light within them the way stained glass holds a cathedral window. Each one is individually shaped at the torch, pulled, coiled, and coaxed into form using age-old lampworking techniques that cannot be hurried and cannot be replicated by machine. No two are alike. Wear one as a finishing note, or layer several together for a palette all your own. A collaboration between Suetables and artist Berna Kilic. The knot creates the shorter 16" length and may naturally loosen over time with wear. Simply re-tie the knot to your preferred length as needed.
