See Saw Rosecco
Our first release of Rosecco! Here we have paired our classic Prosecco with Pinot Noir from Balmoral vineyard. Careful trials were completed post fermentation to determine the blend of the varieties. The final blend was 8% Pinot Noir after much deliberation! Orange, NSW Winegrower: Justin Jarrett
