He makes wines with a true expression of place and his Salt River Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that constantly over delivers. It's a textured and layered wine with notes of pink grapefruit, orange blossom, lime and wet stones. The wine has bright acidity and a mineral edge along with salinity and a subtle hint of creaminess on the finish. Really very elegant and a great introduction to Duncan's range.
