Alvar Aalto A810 Floor Lamp for Artek Designed by Alvar Aalto in 1959, the A810 floor lamp is one of the most distinctive examples of his approach to lighting design. Originally created for the National Pensions Institute in Helsinki, the lamp combines a sculptural presence with carefully considered, glare-reducing illumination.
