The trade is weight. At 2.5 ounces it is well over half an ounce heavier than the Grivory version, and you notice it. What you get back is a handle that will not flex under any grip you can apply, and an edge that goes a very long time between sharpenings. Burnt Brass wears a warm anodized finish with turquoise hardware. Gray carries a sunburst milling pattern cut into the scales. Both run a black blade.
