Blue Plate Special: Bento Box

PRE-ORDER IS CLOSED! We will hopefully have some extra for sale tonight. These Bento Boxes will be available for pickup during the Dalton City Limits event at the Southeast Alaska State Fair on Wednesday, July 8th from 6-8pm. Photo shown is what we did last year, this version is *slightly* different. Each box comes with: 3 ONIGIRI Sushi rice filled with Miso Coho Salmon, Spicy Coho Salmon, or Mushroom, garnished with nori seaweed, and topped with Barancle Foods Furikake. It’s a sushi pocket. TOMAGOYAKI Sweet rolled egg omelet. This was so hard to make. One delightful piece. SUNOMONO SALAD An Alaskan version. Simple sesame vinegar cucumber salad served over Four Winds Farm greens. DESSERT Yes, we have gluten free and vegan ones. A small sweet treat. I am still deciding between sesame chocolate cookies and mochi. TBD. This meal can be GLUTEN FREE! We will give you gluten free Tamari on the side, everything else is already gluten free. We use a heck a lot of flour in our kitchen. Eat responsibly. Please put a note on your order at checkout.
