Soak 10-25g per litre of 40% ABV spirit for 10 days. Essencia Bourbon Barrel Chips are made from wet, freshly-emptied, bourbon-soaked American White Oak bourbon barrels. The carefully selected barrels have been aging bourbon for 4-10 years in Kentucky, USA. They are excellent for fast-aging spirit.
