Henners makes its Blanc de Blancs only in exceptional years, a traditional-method English sparkling wine from the estate at Herstmonceux in East Sussex. Entirely Chardonnay, it ages a minimum of three years on its lees for depth and finesse. Classic Chardonnay notes of lemon, grapefruit and orange zest, showing riper stone fruit and hints of tarte tatin and pastry, all mouthwatering and elegant.
