The selection ranges from berry flavors to citrus and herbs, and includes pistachio, mocha, and cocoa liqueur. Six recipes, six characters Rausch 's pastry chefs play with contrasts here. Fillings with a distinct fruity tartness are paired with creamy and nutty combinations, complemented by the texture of crispy kadayif and a delicate wafer layer. Each variety has its own distinctive character in color, shape, and flavor. The Six Varieties Dubai combines a creamy pistachio filling with crispy kadayif and melt-in-your-mouth chocolate. Rote Grütze combines sour cherries, raspberries, and red currants into a berry-filled dessert. Raspberry Pistachio pairs the tartness of the raspberry with a nutty pistachio filling. Espresso Martini combines cocoa liqueur, mocha, a crispy wafer layer, and white chocolate. Lime Basil pairs zesty citrus with the delicately spicy herbal notes of basil.
