Strong starts matter! A diverse and healthy gut microbiome is tied to a strong immune system, but foals are born without any bacteria in their gastrointestinal tract leaving them vulnerable. Lacteal concentrated probiotic paste helps to rapidly establish populations of intestinal bacteria for gut immunity and digestive health in foals. Lacteal paste can also be used in horses and foals to rebalance the microbiome following digestive upsets, viral or parasiteinfections, antibiotic use, or periods of stress. Each 35g tube contains 8 doses for a foal up to 12 weeks, 6 doses for a foal over 12 weeks or 4 doses for a weanling - adult horse.
