Super refreshing with toned down red fruit aromatics, backed up with a dry crisp palate. This is all day Rosé! After crushing, fruit was soaked on skins for 6 hours, giving it a lovely blush. Nero d’Avola is a native Sicilian variety that’s perfectly suited to the hot, dry climate of Riverland, Australia. The Delinquente team aim to ‘buck the trend, break rules and do things our own way’, as their name cheekily suggests. And in a sea of Aussie Shiraz and Cabernet they stay true to this, choosing to focus on heat-loving Southern Italian varieties, grown organically and made with minimal intervention.
