Silk Road Utility Jacket - AAA

The Utility jacket delivers a practical, everyday riding jacket that's backed with a AAA-rated abrasion-resistant outer shell and inlaid with low-profile D30 armor. The Utility jacket gets two generously sized side pockets, two buttoned chest pockets, and two inside pockets — one of which is waterproof. It's got a snap-down color so the lapel doesn't flay your face under speed, and a beefy YKK two-way main zipper. Aesthetically, it's a workwear inspired piece with visible rivets and double-overlaid elbow panels. On the technical side of the ledger, the jacket gets its AAA abrasion rating thanks to a blend of Cordura and Kevlar at high abrasion sections. Available in two colors, the Utility jacket comes with D3O Ghost armor at the elbows and shoulders, and a back protector pocket designed to accept a D30 back pad (sold separately) — size medium D3O for jackets sized small through large; and size large back pad for for the XL jacket. A ventilated back panel, premium lining, and waterproof inside stash pockets keep it comfortable and functional wherever the day takes you. Fit note: this jacket follows a trim cut, and only is offered up to a size XL, which is slimmer than XL options from some of our other brands.
