Craftsmanship The fabric is woven in Italy from 100% long-staple Egyptian cotton, 400 thread count, then custom-sewn with detail in Virginia. Percale's plain criss-cross weave delivers a matte, crisp, cool-to-the-touch finish rather than a shiny or slick feel — lightweight, exceptionally durable, and highly breathable, ideal for warm sleepers or year-round comfort. Flat sheets and pillowcases feature a classic 4" self-cuff accented by the tape trim band; duvet covers and shams feature a tailored 3" flange with tape trim along the border or in specified inset placements; fitted sheets are solid percale without tape, built with deep 18" pockets to fit thicker mattresses.
