The heart of processing and washing lies at the Sironko Coffee Yard, directed by lead farmer Alex and sourcing expert Normann. This coffee, blending Catimor, SL.14, and SL.28 varieties, encapsulates its volcanic origins with vibrant tropical fruity notes, thriving amidst the forested zone's climatic diversity. The journey includes meticulous cherry collection, layered drying, and shielded fermentation in large plastic drums for 36-48 hours. This craftsmanship enhances unique flavors, reflecting the rich tapestry of Ugandan Arabica.
