Mantle - Coffee Dripper

MANTLE – Handmade Marbled Porcelain Flat-Bed Dripper Designed and tested in our Copenhagen studio, MANTLE is a flat-bed pour-over dripper built for even saturation and consistent extraction. Forgiving enough for everyday use and capable enough for competition brewing — the flat bed keeps water in even contact with the grounds from the first pour to the last. The shape is one we know well. MANTLE shares its exterior form with the MK STUDIO C cup, a shape that has been part of the studio since the beginning. It is the first product we designed for our 10th year — same form, new function. The flat bed is a system, not a fixed setup. It works with any small wave filter — Kalita Wave 155, Sibarist Flat S, or similar — with no adapters. It also seats Sibarist profiler screens and booster disks, so you can change the screen, change the resistance, and change the extraction profile. One dripper, many ways to brew. Each piece is hand wedged before forming, which creates the marbled pattern that runs through the porcelain — no two are identical. Formed on a clay press for accuracy and durability, hand glazed, and fired at 1260°C. MANTLE comes as a bundle with the Filter Setter, Pressor, and Base — tools that position and flatten the filter for zero bypass. Available in black, blue, and pink. Handmade in Glostrup, Copenhagen.
