Super Strength Plum FlavoringLorAnn's flavors can be used to add or enhance flavor and aroma of your beer, wine, cider, or mead. A typical 5-6 gallon batch uses 0.125 to 0.25 oz of flavoring. We recommend starting with the lower amount and adjusting to taste, as flavor intensity varies by flavor and personal preference. We recommend adding the flavor to taste during secondary fermentation.
