The newest limited-edition seasonal cheese from Fen Farm Dairy, celebrated makers of Baron Bigod, is a small washed-rind cheese that packs a big punch. Made exclusively in summer, its delicately wrinkled blush-coloured rind gives way to an unexpectedly light, silky paste, with lovely yeasty aromas of wheat beer and a savoury, upfront flavour. Punchy, but never overpowering; think Twiglets, but in the very best way.
