Autumn Reset Day Retreat - Sunday, October 11th

Rest and reset with a day full of sound, movement, and community. Begin the morning with handcrafted tea, gentle movement, breathwork, and sound meditation. Break for a delicious catered lunch and then spend the afternoon with a guided paint-and-sip (locally sourced cold-pressed juice). We will finish the day with one last sound bath so everyone leaves the retreat grounded and fully rested. Space is limited!
