Inchfad 'North Star' 18 years old 51.1%

Inchfad is the name given to Loch Lomond's heavily peated spirit. This expression was distilled in 2007 and has spent 18 years maturing in a single ex Oloroso barrel before being bottled by North Star Spirits in 2025. The nose opens up with wafts of caramelised roasted cashews and cashew brittle. The palate continues on with the nuttiness with dry oloroso nutty notes and more roasted nuts. Rich sweet notes open up towards the finish, with lingering notes of highland toffee, cinnamon and cloves.
