Grape Varieties: 100% Arinto Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control and “bâtonnage”. Ageing: 4 months resting in french and american oak half-barrels and 12 months resting in bottle. Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in color with golden hues, fresh aromas of citrus and green apple with tropical notes, elegant hints of chalk and barrel toast. The mouth is balanced showing characteristic varietal acidity and good fruit expression, lingering mineral finish. Keeping Time: This wine will reach its full expression within the next 4 years.
