Implant grade ASTM F136 titanium threadless top by Neometal, set with a synthetic black opal cabochon — a smooth, domed stone with vivid play of colour against a dark base. More dramatic than white opal, the dark background makes the colour shift pop. Available 2mm to 5mm. Works across lobe, helix, conch, tragus, flat, rook and beyond. Threadless tops fit any threadless post, regardless of post gauge. Free anodising available — tick the box at checkout and leave a note with your preferred colour.
