It wasn't long before she had to move from her kitchen to her own bakery in the village to meet customer demand. When even that proved insufficient, a large-scale bakery was built on the outskirts of the village in 1992. Since then, it has been supplying sweet tooths internationally with biscuits and other delicacies made according to Helen's original shortbread recipe. Tradition is paramount at Dean's, and the company remains family-owned, producing classic British treats with meticulous care and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.
