Steven Vargas is a 4th generation coffee producer from the West Valley of Costa Rica, going all in on the family's specialty coffee operation in 2010. In 2011 he and his father started their own Micromill, named after Steven's grandfather, streamlining the consistency of their natural processes with raised beds for optimum airflow. Experience: sweet and sparkly, with a round creamy finish. Ripe raspberry hits the palate first, combined with the sparkling sweetness of grape soda, wrapped in a creamy, heavy body that finishes like smooth peanut butter. A unique single origin that's still approachable.
