Stand on a piece of paper, mark heel to longest toe, measure the line in centimetres. Then find your measurement in the Your foot length column and order that size. The chart already has the room built in - every size gives you about 0.8cm of space in front of your toes, which is what a shoe needs to walk properly. Don't order your exact foot length; the column has done that for you. If you're between two rows, or you have a wide foot or a high instep, take the larger one.
