When heated, the ink expands to produce a striking 3D puffed look, giving designs the textured height and dimension that flat prints can't match. Upload a ready-to-print design and order based on the exact size needed. Simply select the desired width or height, choose quantity, and the rest is handled automatically. The other dimension will adjust proportionally to maintain the artwork's original aspect ratio. This option works best for designs with simple shapes, moderate detail, and adequate spacing between elements. Avoid multi-color designs, bold large text, and thin lines, since fine details do not puff as cleanly as bolder ones. A minimum line thickness and negative spacing is required for the best results.
