As the Rhone varietal pioneer in Argentina, Corazón del Sol are proud to introduce their inaugural vintage of Luminoso Blanc, a small-production blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, and Roussanne that showcases the potential of micro-terroirs throughout Uco Valley. Hand-harvested from the coolest areas within Uco Valley, these rare varietals can develop complex aromatics, stunning stone fruit, and citrus fruit flavours that are unique to high-elevation areas with intense sunshine. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed, fermented at cool temperatures to maintain their natural vibrancy before aging for 12 months in neutral French oak barrels to enhance a smooth texture and mouthfeel.
