What's Included 1 × Tray Riser for Meticulous Espresso How To Measure To know what tray riser height(s) to get, measure the distance between the bottom of your usual portafilter + basket and the top of your usual shot cup. That distance (x) is the amount of space that you can fill with the tray risers. It's recommended to leave about 1-3mm of space in case of small variables like portafilter lock in depth and manufacturing differences. Some other considerations: Please note that if you completely fill up all the remaining space, you will always have to move away the shot cup in order to lock in / remove the portafilter.
