It is made from solid oak, with the warm tone and open, characterful grain that only real timber has, and a single soft-close drawer set over a full-width open shelf. The drawer gives you closed storage for the things you would rather keep out of sight, while the open shelf below keeps towels and everyday bits to hand. The oak is topped with white Corian, a hard-wearing solid surface that wipes clean and sets the pale top against the warmth of the wood. It is solid oak, not veneer over MDF, so it stands up to a working bathroom and can be sanded back and re-finished over the years rather than replaced. It fixes to the wall with the floor left clear, which keeps a smaller bathroom or cloakroom feeling open and the floor easy to clean. Made to your size in 600, 800 or 1000mm, or a bespoke width. The Corian top is left undrilled, so your plumber sets the tap to whichever sit on basin you choose. Basin and taps are not included.
