This coffee was processed at the Umoco washing station in Kayanza and this lot is a separation of coffee from the Busambo community in the area. The sun-dried fermentation process for this coffee (often called natural process or dry process) lends a candied sweetness to the cup with hints of strawberry or grape and a lively acidity. 1,850-2,100 MASL.
