Longines Mini "Hexagonal" Automatic Ref. 8436-1 (Cal. 472)

Longines famously revolutionised the hexagonal case design in the 60s for several of their early references. Presented here is a later example of a ladies' Longines, circa 1969, in near pristine condition. It features a monocoque case, enhancing sweat resistance while allowing for a slimmer profile to accommodate the automatic caliber. An unconventional yet thoughtful detail is the crown placement at 4 o’clock, designed to create a more balanced and symmetrical flow.
