The 2nd annual “Get Plugged In” Block Party is August 22 on Avenue of the States in Chester, PA. This free event is a a hub for Delaware County’s minority businesses, entrepreneurs and creatives. Led by The Missing Plug in partnership with the Chester Gifted Program, this block party with a purpose serves as a fundraiser for the upcoming 8th annual Missing Plug Awards, one of Delco’s leading events for celebrating an emerging minority generation of diverse artists, creatives, and community-invested leaders.
