Looking back, it's shocking that Famous Monsters of Filmland didn't have a reporter embedded on the set of TV's DARK SHADOWS. Instead, they let Tiger Beat eat their lunch for reasons I'll never understand. The sheer variety of villains and monsters on DARK SHADOWS remains an impressive feat 60 years later, and I wanted to pay tribute to one of my favorite shows with this spook show influenced design. It's an idea I've been kicking around for a few years, but the concept finally began to gel a few weeks back. This is an original design.
