Made entirely from grapes grown in the single vineyard of 'Les Bas Vigny' in the village of Beaunay. This cuvée, based on the 2022 harvest, also incorporates approximately 17% of perpetual reserve (2015-2021) which adds depth to the classic mineral and fruit forward profile. House Profile A wonderfully exciting new producer from the village of Beaunay, South of the Côte des Blancs. The Domaine was founded in the 1920s by Leon and Gabrielle Aubert. They started by working the vines and their children ended up developing the winery. The first press was put in by their child Pascal in the 1990s. Maxime came on board in 2012 and started to make his own wines in 2015 after the construction of their first cellar.
