Dieser herrliche Sekt (Trento DOC) wird zum kleinen Teil im Holz (Barrique und Tonneaux) und im großteil im Betonfass ausgebaut. Der reduktive Ausbau ermöglicht eine wunderschöne Entwicklung in der Flasche. Hier hat man sofort Brioche, Orangenschale und feine Kräuter in der Nase! Die edle Perlage am Gaumen macht den Sekt zu einem fantastischen Speisenbegleiter.
