Danish teak dresser, 1960s

This classic mid-century teak dresser was manufactured in Denmark in the 1960s. Overall dimensions are H: 96 / W: 62 / D: 39 cm. The chest of drawers is slightly narrower than other Danish dressers. They are usually around 80 cm wide, so this one will fit smaller spaces and rooms (like bedroom e.g.). It features six drawers with solid teak handles. The mastery of Danish mid-century craftsmanship is shown by carpentry and details, like finely selected veneer with a vibrant wood grain, sculptured solid teak handles, and tapered solid teak legs. The drawer fronts are joined using traditional dovetail joints, demonstrating the high level of craftsmanship typical of Danish furniture of the period. It will be a great vintage addition to any bedroom or hallway. Legs are detachable for more convenient transport. Additional dimensions: drawers height: 10 cm, ground clearance: 20 cm. The dresser has been checked and renovated by our team. The wood has been cleaned with professional compounds and finished with Danish oil to enhance the beauty of the grain. Drawers are clean, unscented, and work properly. Overall, it is in great vintage condition, with absolutely minor signs of use.
