A solid PTFE non-stick tray measuring 237 x 275 x 10mm, sized as a full-size tray for Panasonic's high-speed ovens: the NE-SCV2 and its direct successor, the NE-SCV3, which shares the same internal cavity. The flat, closed surface gives you a solid base rather than an open mesh, suited to anything wet, saucy or small enough to fall through a mesh liner. The non-stick surface releases food cleanly without oil or grease.
