BGS Express Grading Service Submit your cards to Low Pop Trading Co for professional grading through Beckett Grading Services (BGS) Express Grading. This service is intended for customers wanting a faster BGS grading option while still submitting through Low Pop Trading Co's consolidated international grading service. Where to Send Your Cards Please securely package your cards and send them to: Cam Dall Low Pop Trading Co Pty Ltd Parcel Locker 10103 79170 5 Dellamarta Road Wangara WA 6065 Email: admin@lowpop.com.au Important When Sending Your Submission Please include a note inside your parcel containing: Your full name Your contact details A list of the cards included in your submission Any relevant submission or invoice reference Please clearly note the cards you have submitted so we can correctly allocate your submission once received. Tracking is required for all mailed submissions. Once your parcel has been sent, please provide the tracking number to Low Pop Trading Co so we know whose submission is on the way and can monitor its arrival. Submission Schedule BGS Express submissions are consolidated and sent by Low Pop Trading Co at various times throughout each month. Submissions will generally be sent following a major show, event, or once an appropriate submission quantity has been accumulated. As this is a consolidated submission service, your cards may be securely held by Low Pop Trading Co before being forwarded to Beckett. BGS Express Turnaround Time The selected BGS Express Grading Service has an expected turnaround time of approximately 15 business days once the cards have commenced the applicable grading stage with Beckett. This does not mean your cards will be returned within 15 business days of being received by Low Pop Trading Co. The complete process will generally take approximately 2–3 months, depending on: When your cards are received in relation to the next consolidated submission International shipping to Beckett Customs processing Beckett receiving and entering the submission Beckett's current workload or backlog The Express grading process International return shipping Sorting and processing once the submission returns to Low Pop Trading Co All turnaround times and return dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The tracking sheet is our primary source for updates and will be updated as new information becomes available. Direct messages or emails requesting information already available within the tracking sheet will generally be redirected back to the sheet. Please understand that we only receive updates as Beckett progresses the submission. In many cases, we will not have any additional information beyond what is shown in the tracking sheet. Return of Your Graded Cards Once your graded cards have returned to Low Pop Trading Co and have been checked and allocated to your submission, you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Alternatively, you may arrange to collect your cards from Low Pop Trading Co by prior arrangement. Please ensure your contact information remains current throughout the grading process. Uncollected Cards Once you have been notified that your cards are ready for collection or return shipping, please arrange their return as soon as reasonably possible. Low Pop Trading Co will generally hold completed grading submissions for up to three months while attempting to arrange collection or shipping. If cards remain uncollected or return shipping remains unpaid after this period, Low Pop Trading Co reserves the right to take further action in accordance with applicable Western Australian laws relating to uncollected goods. Where legally permitted, reasonable outstanding costs relating to grading, shipping, storage, administration or lawful disposal may be recovered. Payment All BGS Express grading fees and applicable charges must be paid in accordance with the invoice or payment terms provided for your submission. Return shipping and any additional services requested are payable separately unless otherwise agreed. Low Pop Trading Co reserves the right to hold cards until all outstanding amounts associated with the grading submission have been paid. Grades Are Not Guaranteed Low Pop Trading Co acts as a submission intermediary between the customer and Beckett Grading Services. Submission through the BGS Express Grading Service does not guarantee a particular grade or result. Low Pop Trading Co cannot guarantee: The grade your card will receive That a card will receive a numerical grade That a card will achieve a particular minimum grade Beckett's assessment of authenticity or alteration Exact completion or return dates All grading decisions are made solely by Beckett Grading Services. Any opinion regarding the possible condition or grade of a card before submission is indicative only and does not constitute a grading guarantee. International Shipping & Processing BGS Express submissions involve international freight between Australia and Beckett Grading Services in the United States. While every reasonable effort is made to securely package, track and manage submissions, delays can occur due to freight carriers, customs processing, Beckett workloads or other circumstances outside Low Pop Trading Co's reasonable control. The Express service refers to the selected Beckett grading service level and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the entire Australia-to-Beckett-to-Australia process will be completed within 15 business days.
