Free-Range Duck

- Easy to roast - Free-range - Full of flavour, great for Chinese crispy duck These ducks are quite exceptional. Thanks to being slowly reared with plenty of opportunities for foraging and access to open water, our free-range ducks have a rich, full flavour, and a good fat layer which helps make a crispy rich skin after cooking. Their varied diet and active lifestyle makes them the next best thing to wild duck. They are dry-plucked by the farmer and are fairly large, starting at around 2kg, which should be enough for 4-6 people.
