2025 Agricola Flaxman Valley Seeliger Riesling Eden Valley – This release we see the return of the Ebenezer, Flaxman Valley and K’ Sands with two new additions – another old vine Flaxman Valley Shiraz and Riesling. 2025 was an early and dry harvest, with low yields leading to concentrated flavours and striking natural acidity. With the concentration of flavour and tannin profile these wine are built for the cellar. Light-bodied yet intensely flavoured, the palate is defined by laser-like acidity and extraordinary precision. Flavours of lime juice, Meyer lemon and crunchy green apple flow effortlessly across a tightly wound framework of chalky minerality and vibrant citrus freshness. The wine possesses a wonderful purity and tension, with delicate floral notes and a subtle saline edge carrying through the mid-palate. The finish is exceptionally long, dry and focused, lingering with lime zest, crushed stone and mouthwatering mineral persistence.
