1 Seater Smart Tech Electric Recliner Cinema Chair | Purple Fabric | Sicily

Every home has a best seat. This electric recliner chair looks the part. The family shares the sofa. The office chair belongs to work. So where’s the seat that answers to nobody else? Most armchairs offer a place to sit, not a place to properly switch off — a flat cushion, a rigid back, and a phone charging in another room. You didn’t buy a retreat. You bought a spare seat. The Sicily in bold purple fabric changes that: a smooth electric recline, an adjustable headrest, a vibration massage with gentle lumbar warmth, and everything you need kept at arm’s reach. Press the button, ease back, and let the rest of the house carry on without you. Masterful Craftsmanship: Built for Unwavering Support Reinforced Solid Pine & Plywood Frame — a heavy-duty internal structure engineered to stay stable and silent through years of daily reclining. High-Density Foam Cushioning — a supportive, medium-firm feel that holds its shape and keeps you comfortably positioned for hours, never collapsing into the dreaded sag. S-Springs & Coil Springs — a dual support system that resists sagging for consistent comfort season after season. Command Your Space: Smart Tech Smooth Electric Reclining Mechanism — glide effortlessly from sitting to a deeply comfortable lounging position at the touch of a button, with motorised movement that stops exactly where you release it. Relax in Fully Reclining Seat — stretch out into a deep, full recline that carries your legs on the powered footrest, so nothing dangles and every part of you relaxes. Adjustable Headrest — fine-tune your head and neck position for a perfect line of sight to the screen, even when fully reclined. Vibration Massage — a relaxing vibration massage built into the seat, tuned for relaxation rather than deep tissue, to help you unwind after a long day. Low Heated Lumbar — gentle warmth right where your lower back wants it, for a soothing, restful feel. USB Charging Port — a built-in high-speed port keeps your phone or tablet powered right from your seat, with no cable trailing across the floor. Side Storage Console — a full compartment inside the arm keeps remotes, controllers and essentials neatly out of sight, hidden but in reach. 1x Cup Holder — a secure spot for your drink at arm’s reach, so nothing balances on the armrest. Power Grommet — a dedicated powered mounting point that unlocks The Sofa Shop’s modular accessory ecosystem, ready for a phone holder or tablet mount. LED Lights — a soft, atmospheric glow that sets the home-cinema mood without any glare on the TV. Life Proof Luxury: Purple Fabric Soft-Touch Purple Fabric — a bold, characterful purple that makes a statement in any modern room and feels soft to sit on every day. Everyday-Wear Resistant — a tightly woven surface that stands up to the traffic of a busy household. Breathable & Temperature-Adaptive — stays cool in summer and cosy in winter for year-round comfort. Easy-Care Upkeep — blot spills promptly and wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth for simple maintenance. Who this luxury recliner is for — and who it’s not. Brilliant for tall people: high-back support and the adjustable headrest mean your head is caught, not left hanging over the top rail. Brilliant for shorter people too: recline the seat and the rising footrest carries your legs so they never dangle, with a matching footstool available. It’s built for the person who’s earned a proper spot — the reader, the film obsessive, the remote worker whose 15-minute recline between meetings has become sacred. We recommend no more than 130kg per seat, said plainly and kindly, because exceeding it counts as misuse and isn’t covered. And if rising from a low seat is difficult for someone in your home, ask our team about a matching riser recliner with dual-motor assisted rise. Who it’s not for: bargain-hunters after the cheapest chair on a marketplace listing, or anyone buying furniture purely to be photographed. The Ultimate Lifestyle Upgrade Your Own Dedicated Retreat — a deeply comfortable seat with vibration massage and lumbar warmth that helps you truly switch off, so you get up feeling refreshed. Match Day & Movie Night — full recline, LED lighting and a cup holder within reach mean you never miss a moment fetching a drink. A Statement That Works — the bold purple lifts a neutral room while the smart features earn their place every single day. Everything Within Reach — USB power, side storage console and a cup holder keep your phone, drink and remote right beside you. Why Buy From The Sofa Shop? Frequently Asked Questions How does the Sicily recliner chair work? The chair is fully powered — a smooth electric reclining mechanism moves you through multiple positions and an adjustable headrest fine-tunes your neck support, all at the touch of a button. Release the control at any point and the chair holds that exact position, so you set your own perfect angle. What’s the vibration massage and heated lumbar like? The chair has a relaxing vibration massage built into the seat, paired with gentle low heated lumbar warmth across the lower back — tuned for comfort and relaxation rather than a deep-tissue treatment. How do I charge my phone from the chair? A built-in USB charging port sits within easy reach of the seat, so your phone or tablet charges right where you sit, and the side storage console keeps your remote, book and essentials to hand. Where do I keep the remotes and essentials? The arm houses a full side storage console, keeping remotes, controllers and everyday bits organised and out of sight, with a cup holder and power grommet alongside. Does the chair need to be plugged in? Yes — the Sicily is fully powered and plugs into a standard UK mains socket to run the recline, massage, heated lumbar, lighting and USB charging. The cable reaches most standard wall outlets, and our team can advise on placement before delivery.
