You’ll learn how to make your own sourdough pizza dough from scratch—perfected for home ovens with no special equipment needed. Together we’ll: Mix and knead our own dough to take home Explore the magic of sourdough fermentation Shape dough in a variety of styles Share and enjoy freshly baked pizza You’ll also go home with a piece of Cornelius, Edible Alchemy’s beloved 160-year-old sourdough starter, and a tried-and-tested recipe to keep your pizza game strong.
