ORS Oral Rehydration Salts Blackcurrant Soluble Tablets dissolve in water to make a blackcurrant electrolyte drink with sodium, potassium, chloride and glucose. Dissolve two tablets in 200ml of water. Adults and children aged 6 and over drink 200ml when needed; children aged 3 to 6 take 10ml per kg in sips. Ask your GP first if pregnant or breastfeeding.
