Porsche World Championship 1964 Poster

Issued in 1964, this is one of Porsche's most recognizable racing posters of the 1960s, this striking design by celebrated graphic artist Erich Strenger commemorates the marque's extraordinary achievements during the 1964 racing season...and actually the image that got me into collecting Porsche posters a while back! Featuring a vivid green racing helmet adorned with the logos of BP, Dunlop, and Bosch, the poster celebrates Porsche's World Championship in the under-2,000cc GT class, European Hill Climb Championship, and International Prototype Trophy. An iconic piece of Porsche racing history and a particularly desirable addition to any collection of vintage motorsport advertising. Approximately 46.6 × 33.5 inches, and out for archival linen.
