Appearance: Pale Gold Aroma: Diesel, Blueberry ,Passionfruit, Dank Flavor: Tropical Stonefruit, Cannabis, Blueberry Swisher Mouthfeel: Sharp, Clean, Refreshing, WET 7.0% ABV We went all in on Simcoe at every stage! First Wort Simcoe additions went in before the boil even started, taking up 30% of our boil hop schedule. Within 6 hours of harvest, 150 pounds of fresh hops right off the vine hit our mash tun. To balance things out, we added premium Cryo Simcoe, T-90 Simcoe, and a bag of Mosaic. The result is exceptionally fresh, oozing with dank, kush-like notes, and full blueberry swisher wrap aroma!
