SCRAPBOOK SCENTS (SEPTEMBER SESSION)

Join us for an intimate workshop led by Aba Gyepi-Garbrah, Certified Aromatherapist and self-taught Botanical Perfumer. Bring your artist's notebooks, old journals, scrapbooks, a favorite poem, or a photo that moves you. We'll pick one page or entry — something your writing, art, or collage is expressing — and use it as the starting point for a brief writing exercise, distilling that inspiration into a feeling. From there, you'll explore a selection of notes and choose notes that capture the essence of what you uncovered, building a perfume around it. This workshop is an exercise in exploration and play, perfect for anyone curious about translating language, visuals and emotion into scent. You'll leave with a botanical perfume blend that's an exciting new expression of your creative work. Please Bring: Your favorite works, notebook and writing utensil.
