Tasting Notes This crisp gin opens with a highly fragrant nose of wild fynbos florals, fresh citrus zest, soft rose petals, and orange blossom. On the palate, a bright, piney juniper backbone supports complex layers of crisp citrus, grassy vegetal notes, green tea, and subtle spice.
