Window Pane Bamboo Scarf

Trying something new with these scarves. To create this unique scarf I carefully blended shades of green, blue, purple, black, orange yarn together. I used a mix of bamboo yarns that provided me with a wide range of colors and textures. After I finished weaving, I twisted the fringe on each side and washed the scarf in warm water. This helped the fibers blend together and created a silky soft scarf that feels great around your neck. Perfect to wear year round as a wrap or shawl. Woven by hand on my Macomber loom with a silky bamboo weft. The scarf measures approximately 11” wide by 73” long, and has 2” fringe on each side. Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent, hang to dry. Warm iron with steam when needed.
