Recovery from a severely damaged original ECU cannot be guaranteed. REPLACEMENT ECU REQUIREMENTS You must provide a replacement ECU with this service. The replacement ECU must have the exact same part number as your original ECU. Do not purchase a replacement ECU based only on the vehicle, year, engine, or ME17.9.1 identification.
